Haute House Kids March Project: Shamrock Pots

March is the month of green, luck and the Irish. To celebrate all of these things, here is a fun, seasonal craft project you can do with your kids. Plus, it brings a little pop of color to your home.

Step 1: Buy a pre-planted small container of shamrocks or herbs at Trader Joe’s or your local nursery.

Step 2: Purchase modeling clay in various colors. We love this one you can buy on Amazon.

Step 3: Roll out the clay in shapes or long lines to decorate the pot or wrap around it. The colored clay will dry fairly fast and the white takes a little bit longer. Once dry the white clay is super fun to paint.

Step 4: Find a place in your home for your new pots, or gift to a friend or family.
